What Is Vibroacoustic Therapy ?
Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) is a non-invasive, relaxing therapy that uses low-frequency sound waves (30–120 Hz) transmitted through specialized speakers embedded in a our treatment table and headphones. These gentle vibrations and sound waves penetrate the body, promoting deep relaxation, reducing pain, relieving muscle tension, and calming the nervous system.
The Experience:
Patients lie on a sound table with headphones while experiencing gentle vibrations and listening to frequency specific sound for the nervous system regulation, often reaching a deep, meditative, or dream-like state.
